Pet Friendly! No Breed Restrictions!

  • All pets must have shots required by statute. Please be prepared to show documentation when completing the required Pet Profile at namaste.petscreening.com

  • Breeds with a disposition for aggressive behavior may be denied by the property manager on a case-by-case basis.

  • Be prepared to provide a picture of your pet and vaccination records.

  • Limited to 2 pets total.

  • A One-time Fee of $300.00 (Non-Refundable), Additional Pet(s): $100.00 each (Non-Refundable) per pet and a Monthly Pet Fee (per pet) will be due monthly with your rent payment. Pet fees vary based on the risk level of the pet, with a range of $30-$100 per month.
